Anton and his grandmother have to live underground because of the Nazi's army. They are trying to get them because they are Jewish.
It is based on a true story of events that happened in Europe in World War II. Anton meets some new friends who help him and his grandmother, and he has some skilful moves to get away from the Nazi's.
The story is so interesting you will not want to put the book down. It will make you cry too as it is so sad to think this really happened.
I recommend this book to children over 10 years old. It uses great descriptive words to help you picture the setting.
