Week 14: The Turners - The Scorpion Plan

I was given this book when our class visited the Somerset Literature Festival. We got to listen to a talk by the author, Mick Elliott.

Abbie Lennox is a shape shifter, and can turn into animals at night. When she is at school, bullies make fun of her. One night she goes to visit the leader of the bullies and changes into a scorpion. Abbie has a few attempts to try to pay back the bully.

This book is a quick read, quite enjoyable and teaches you that bullying is not acceptable.
