Week 37: A Dogs Life

The story is about a dog named Squirrel who was born in a shed with four other brothers. Soon after they were born, 3 puppies died, except for Squirrel and his brother named Bone.

One night, their Mother went out to find food in the garbage dump, and she never came back. Squirrel and Bone decide to go through the woods (that their Mother said never to go into) to find a new place for home and food.

On the other side of the woods, a family picks them up but decide they don't want them, and leave then by the side of the road. A woman then finds Bone, and takes him away.

Squirrel is left alone and he gets taken by another family.

Will he find his brother?

Throughout the chapters in the book, Squirrel goes on loads of adventure.
